Jennifer Niblett holds a Masters in Counseling from Texas Wesleyan University as well as a Bachelors in Psychology. She is a fully licensed professional counselor focusing on helping those who feel stuck and are ready for change.

Jennifer has worked in the helping field for more than 10 years now. During her undergrad studies she worked as a counseling intern at the Excel Center-Fort Worth. There she worked directly with children and adolescents  struggling with emotional and behavioral needs. Jennifer has also spent time working as the communications liaison for MHMR and JPS hospital. While at MHMR, she served to bridge the gap between the two mental health organizations.

Jennifer has found her joy for working with adolescents as they navigate growing up and figuring out who they are. She believes a key component to working with teens is guiding and improving connection and communicate within their family system. Jennifer also has a passion for working with adults who find themselves struggling through transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and complex emotions. She works hard to create a space for self reflection and growth as clients discover new things about themselves.

At our core, we all just want to feel someone understands us for who we are. I provide a space for clients to feel unconditionally seen, heard, and cared about. It is my hope to help my clients see themselves as separate from whatever problem brings them in. I strive to help clients begin identifying, owning, and building from their own strengths. I believe we are all capable of living lives that we can be proud of. With determination and a supportive hand, I believe all my clients can create the change they wish to see in their lives. The process of therapy is a beautiful one and I look forward to taking the journey alongside you!
